Shawn Stephan served 29 years in Naval Special Warfare, completing 14 combat deployments worldwide. He served in two different Assault Squadrons deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa and South America. A graduate of BUD/S Class 198, he spent over two decades with DEVGRU, where he led combat operations, advanced training, and tactical development.

Stephan earned three Bronze Stars with Combat "V" and multiple Presidential Unit Citations. He concluded his distinguished service as Senior Enlisted Advisor to NSW Tactical Development Squadron One, mentoring elite teams conducting global clandestine operations. His career reflects unwavering leadership, strategic precision, and devotion to mission and team.
