By submitting this form and any related information, photos, videos, or stories (collectively, the “Submission”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary submission only

• Your Submission is voluntary and unsolicited.

• Proud American Studios LLC (“Proud American Studios,” “we,” or “us”) has no obligation to review, consider, or use your Submission.

• Submitting this form does not create any agreement, contract, or expectation that your story will be featured, recorded, or published in The Hero Next Door or any other project.
  

2. No guarantee of contact, feature, or publication

• We are not required to contact you about your Submission.

• We make no promise that your story will be selected, featured, or used in any podcast episode, video, article, or other content.

• All selection and programming decisions are made in our sole discretion and may change at any time.
  

3. No compensation

• You will not be paid for submitting your story or information.

• If we decide your story may be a fit for The Hero Next Door or another Proud American Studios project, any participation or appearance will be purely voluntary and for community and educational purposes, unless you and Proud American Studios later sign a separate written agreement that specifically provides otherwise.

• You are not entitled to any fees, royalties, residuals, or reimbursement of expenses in connection with this Submission.
  

4. Confidential intake; no public use without follow‑up and consent

• Submissions are collected for internal review, vetting, and potential future contact only.

• We will not publicly share, publish, or feature your full story, name, likeness, or identifying details from this form without first contacting you directly and obtaining your consent for the specific use.

• You understand that not all stories will be told, and many Submissions will never be used beyond internal evaluation.
  

5. Your representations

• You confirm that the information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge.

• If you share information about another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so (for example, as a family member or legal representative) and that the story is shared in good faith and with respect for their service and privacy.

• You are at least 18 years old, or you are submitting as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor and have authority to do so.
  

6. Internal use and archival

• You grant Proud American Studios a limited license to store, review, and internally use your Submission for the purpose of evaluating whether and how your story might be told in The Hero Next Door or other Proud American Studios content.

• We may retain your Submission in our internal archives, even if your story is never selected or used. You may contact us at [insert email] to request that we stop considering your Submission going forward; this will not affect any use you have separately consented to in writing.

7. No fiduciary or employment relationship

• Submitting this form does not create any fiduciary, employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Proud American Studios.

• You understand that Proud American Studios may independently develop or feature stories or content similar to your Submission, and you will not have any claim based solely on similarity.

8. Governing law and changes

• These Submission Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

• Proud American Studios may update these terms from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your Submission will apply to that Submission.
