Proud American Studios LLC (“Proud American Studios,” “PAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our websites, apps, and streaming services accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities.
We believe that patriots of all abilities should be able to access the stories, documentaries, and community experiences we create.
1. OUR ACCESSIBILITY GOALS
Our goal is to align our digital experiences with widely recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, over time and as our platform evolves.
We view accessibility as an ongoing process, not a one‑time project. As new features, shows, and community tools are added, we will continue working to improve accessibility.
2. MEASURES WE ARE TAKING
To support accessibility across Proud American Studios properties, we aim to:
Use clear, consistent navigation and layout where possible.
Strive for sufficient color contrast between text and background.
Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where feasible.
Avoid relying solely on color to convey important information.
Structure pages with headings and labels that assist screen‑reader users.
Design interactive elements (buttons, links, forms) to be usable with a keyboard.
As our video library grows, we plan to expand support for accessibility features such as closed captions, subtitles, and, where feasible, audio descriptions on selected content.
3. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
We recognize that not every part of our Services may yet be fully accessible. Examples of potential limitations include:
Some older videos or third‑party trailers may not have closed captions or transcripts available.
Certain interactive elements or community features may not yet be fully optimized for screen readers or keyboard‑only navigation.
Third‑party platforms or embedded tools we use (such as payment providers, analytics, or community software) may have their own accessibility constraints outside our direct control.
We are actively working to identify and address these issues as resources allow.
4. WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE
If you experience difficulty using any part of our websites, apps, or streaming services due to a disability, we want to hear from you and will do our best to help.
Please contact us with:
A description of the issue you encountered.
The page, screen, or feature where the issue occurred (including URL or app section, if possible).
The type of device, browser, or assistive technology you were using.

5. THIRD‑PARTY CONTENT AND PLATFORMS
Some parts of the Proud American Studios experience rely on third‑party platforms and services (such as streaming hosts, app stores, payment processors, and community tools). While we attempt to partner with providers that take accessibility seriously, we do not control their implementation.
If you encounter accessibility problems on a third‑party platform that affects your ability to access Proud American Studios content, please let us know. We may be able to suggest alternate access methods or relay your feedback to the appropriate provider.
6. ONGOING IMPROVEMENT
Accessibility is a continuing effort for Proud American Studios. As we grow our library of patriotic documentaries, micro‑series, and community features, we will keep reviewing our design, content, and technology to better support users with disabilities.
We appreciate your feedback and patience as we work to make Proud American Studios accessible to the broadest possible audience.
