

Michael Koscielniak is a career law enforcement professional with over 25 years of experience in criminal investigations, National Security, and global and domestic risk management. His career spans both federal and state service, including roles as a Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Central Intelligence Agency, and as a Vermont State Trooper. Mr. Koscielniak has directed complex investigations combatting international proliferation networks, money laundering, and foreign government corruption.
After the 9/11 Commission Report, he was selected for a national program instructing federal agents and intelligence officers on interagency cooperation and mission execution to prevent another major terrorist attack in the United States. Recognized for his mission-first leadership, he brings expertise in high-risk tactical environments, strategic briefings, and interagency coordination to protect the homeland and advance National Security priorities worldwide.
