Keith Billiot is a retired Supervisory Special Agent and security professional with more than 30 years of experience leading complex investigations involving illegal narcotics trafficking, money laundering, violent crime, and transnational criminal organizations. Throughout his career with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), he served in leadership roles across multiple divisions, including Chicago, New Orleans, the Caribbean Region, and Afghanistan, where he directed high‑risk domestic and international operations targeting cartel‑affiliated networks, narcoterrorism activities, weapons trafficking, and organized criminal enterprises. He served as a DEA Special Response Team (SRT) and ESF‑13 Team Commander and managed dozens of concurrent investigations tied to narcotics trafficking, money laundering, violent crime, and drug‑related homicides.

Following his retirement from the DEA, Mr. Billiot founded Fearless Security Solutions and Consulting, LLC, a security and investigations firm providing dignitary protection, investigative consulting, risk management, and international security services throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He is a three‑time recipient of the DEA Administrator’s Award and has received numerous commendations from organizations including the National Association of Police Organizations, the Texas Rangers, The Chicago Crime Commission, National HIDTA, National OCDETF, and multiple local law enforcement agencies for leadership, bravery, and operational excellence.
