James M. Williamson is the President and CEO of Global Executive Management (GEM), a CVE-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting the U.S. Department of War, the Intelligence Community, and private-sector clients since 2002. With over thirty years of leadership experience, he specializes in crisis management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and operational support in government and corporate environments.

A seasoned executive and Special Forces officer, COL Williamson (Ret.), also serves as the Senior Vice President of the Bizzell Corporation, a licensed arms broker and munitions manufacturer. His 33-year military career includes service in the 82nd Airborne Division, and various Special Forces units with service in the Gulf War, Southwest Asia, and deployments to Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and other international locations, with senior assignments at NATO, SOCCENT, and USSOCOM. He holds degrees from the University of Delaware and George Washington University and is a member of the Special Forces Association, AFIO, and InfraGard. He is a Squadron Commander in the Civil Air Patrol.
