Noureddine "Dino" Buloha is a former Intelligence Officer and counterterrorism expert with over 15 years in the U.S. Intelligence Community. He served across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, including deployments to Iraq, Yemen, and Afghanistan.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Boulouha has advised the White House and Pentagon on regional security, and led strategic initiatives in both the UAE and U.S. His career combines field-level intelligence command, cross-cultural expertise, and strategic analysis-bridging cultures and missions to advance global stability and U.S. interests.
