1. Voluntary submission
I am voluntarily submitting information, documents, and/or other materials (collectively, the “Submission”) to Proud American Studios. I understand that Proud American Studios has not requested or required this Submission from me.

2. Ownership and license
I retain any ownership rights I may have in the factual information I submit. However, in consideration of Proud American Studios reviewing my Submission, I grant Proud American Studios, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for editorial, investigative, promotional, and commercial purposes.

3. No obligation to use
I understand that Proud American Studios has no obligation to:

• review, investigate, or act on my Submission;

• contact me; or

• publish, broadcast, or otherwise use my Submission.
  

Any decision to investigate or publish is at the sole discretion of Proud American Studios.

4. No confidential or privileged relationship
I understand that my Submission does not create any attorney‑client, fiduciary, or confidential relationship between me and Proud American Studios. I should not submit information that I am legally required to keep confidential or that is protected by legal privilege.

5. No classified or national security information
I agree that I will not submit:

• classified U.S. government documents or information;

• materials relating to U.S. national security that I am not expressly authorized by law to disclose; or

• any information whose disclosure would violate the Classified Information Procedures Act, federal secrecy laws, or any other applicable law or regulation.

I understand that Proud American Studios cannot accept, store, or publish classified U.S. documents or other restricted national security information, and that I am solely responsible for complying with all laws governing such material.

6. Compliance with law
I agree not to submit information that was obtained in violation of law or that I am prohibited from disclosing under any contract, court order, or legal duty. If I have questions about my legal rights or obligations, I understand that I should consult my own attorney before submitting.

7. Truthfulness and responsibility
I represent that, to the best of my knowledge, the information in my Submission is true and accurate. I understand that making knowingly false statements may expose me to legal liability.

8. Safety and anonymity
I understand that any promises of anonymity or confidentiality cannot be guaranteed and may be limited by law, technical constraints, or editorial judgment. I am solely responsible for assessing any personal or professional risk that may arise from making this Submission.

9. No compensation
I understand that I am not entitled to any payment, credit, or other compensation of any kind arising from Proud American Studios’ use of my Submission, unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by Proud American Studios.

10. Governing law and venue
I agree that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. I agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Release shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
